Wwise implementer, Audio programmer, Sound Designer, Foley Artist

Pietro De Lorenzi was born in Forlì in 1999, he started to play video games when he was 6 years old, and from that moment on he has never abandoned that passion.

​

He studied in the Music High School in Forlì, and following this ​he went to the SAE Insitute Milan, graduating with a degree in Audio Production. While at the SAE in Milan he learned more about discography and sound design for film and perfected his skills in Audio Implementation in video games (Wwise).

 

Pietro's thesis at the SAE in Milan was focused on audio for Video games but specifically for his own video game production 'Tapeworm', delving deeper into the world of Sound Effects.

 

Following his degree, he attended the Games Masters course at Big Rock in Veneto, acquiring transversal skills in video games production, granting him a robust knowledge of the general areas of his chosen field.

 

Since 2019, Pietro has been working steadily and consistently across a variety of Video Games projects including Kiubi (ReThink), FBI Open Up! (Sick Soup 2022), CTRL-U (Stone Shelter-release date tbc) and Joyful Masks (Heartfelt Edge Studio-release date tbc) as Audio Lead, Wwise Implementer and Sound Designer.

 

Pietro is proud to continue pursuing his passion for video games and excited to be working on some amazing productions with like-minded video game enthusiasts, He would consider taking his expertise to video production companies abroad, always with a view to strengthening his own skills and lending them to another talented team.
